Go Higher will be performing site maintenance to our client and support areas through the end of January. Updates include the update of our client management portal running WHMCS to version 5.03 and the update of our support area currently running Kayako SupportSuite 3 to Kayako Fusion (version 4 of their product).
Both of these upgrades may involve significant down time for various aspects of our site as we must not only upgrade the product but integrate them completely into our current site.
We will do everything possible to ensure the upgrades are done as smoothly as possible, but as with anything, there is always the chance of problems. Please be patient, as we will be actively working to resolve any issues that arise.
