As many of you are aware, WHMCS is planning on rolling out version 5.1 as a public beta very shortly. While this is a welcome new release coming from Matt and the development team at WHMCS, we wanted to notify our customers prior to that release that until WHMCS version 5.1 is released as a STABLE version, you SHOULD NOT UPGRADE your live WHMCS site if you are using any of our integration products including:
J!WHMCS version 2.2+
J!WHMCS version 2.3+
Integrator 3.0 Beta
Belong version 1.1+
This should go without saying, as believe it or not it does take time for us to work through all the changes in WHMCS to ensure our products are compatible. We however do have customers that leap without looking, which is why I am posting now ahead of time that WHMCS version 5.1 is NOT compatible with J!WHMCS 22.214.171.124, J!WHMCS 126.96.36.199, Belong 1.1.0 or Integrator 3.0.1 (0.1).
We will not be able to offer you support on these products if you upgrade prior to an announcement from us of a compatible version. The first thing checked is what version of WHMCS you are running, and at that point the default response will be that you are running an unsupported version of WHMCS.
As soon as it is available we will be working on it, but it may take time; previous releases of WHMCS were private to beta testers, so we were able to test it against our products and make adjustments ahead of release.
Thank you for your understanding, we will do everything we can to get the latest release supported as quickly as possible.
