Hey, I'm new here, And i've only been working with WHMCS for a couple of month..

The problems that i'm having are ;

- Invoices aren't been generated or sent out ( I have checked all the setting's, And everything is right ! )
- Automatic suspension isn't working.. (Once again, ^^ )

Anyone that can help ?

Will be much appreciated.

Hi and welcome!

Have you setup the cron job in your cpanel or plesk? The cron job is found in WHMCS under Setup > Automation Settings... the two symptoms you are describing indicate to me that there is an issue with the cron job being run somehow. Do you have any errors in your activity log relating to the cron task?

Also, is this a clean install of WHMCS, or have you added addon modules and other extensions? Sometimes if those addons aren't setup and are relying on a cron task it may fail.

If you have the cron job setup, see if you can change the time to go every 5 minutes or so and see if you can get more debug information. That's probably where I would start if it were mine.

Hope that is of help!

It's set up through WHMCS it self, And in CPanel, I'll try every 5 minutes !

It isn't a clean installation, It's been running about 7 month.. The only other addon is BuyCpanel.

I have no errors in the activity log refering to the cron. :\

Starting to really annoy me now, Because i have to do everything manually atm..

Sorry, Just thought i'd update.... I've changed it to every 5 minutes.. And i actually get an email :D

BUT ! The email i get is...
No input file specified.

Anyone ?

Did you change the admin folder name from the default 'admin' to another name? Be sure the folder name change is reflected in the cron task.

Also, you may be able to run the cron job your self... try browsing to the cron.php file which should be in your admin folder and see if it runs for you manually that way.
