t's not a critival, just a question.
It's about the support ticket.
Sometimes it's kayako fusion where the ticket is opened, sometimes the whmcs version.
I really don't know how going to one or other, it's really the chance who design which i will have.
Why do you use two system of support, witch is the best ?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
I am assuming you mean when you pull up our web site and visit the support center, sometimes you get the default Kayako Fusion template, and other times you get the integrated Go Higher template, is that correct?
It's actually been one of those annoying bugs that I've been trying to stamp out in I3... I did some minor code change this evening to the rendering routine, and I'm hoping that it will no longer be an issue, but if you can let me know if you come up on the fusion template for tickets again, that may be helpful to troubleshoot further.
I believe it has to do with the system storing a cookie and for what ever reason storing the wrong template id. Hopefully a fixed bug in Fusion. :rolleyes:
