TOPIC: WHMCS Connection Issue

Much like my previous Wordpress issue...

I again have followed the documentation exactly and I'm getting the following error message when trying to connect from Integrator:

Error Message
`WHMCS` Deactivated

I've whitelisted the IP address as suggested in another forum post but unfortunately has made no difference for me.

Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

To get a more useful response (that is being worked on btw), go into Configuration > API Settings and enable the API Logging feature. Then go to the Connection > WHMCS and save the settings. Once done, go to Help > API Log and see what the response is that is coming back. Of interest is the http_code and the actual URL being called up.
