Received email dated 27th offering 50% off renewal costs of Support and Upgrade Pack. Still have a live license, but thought I'd take advantage and pay for an extra year ahead of time. Logged in, tried to do this, and found that although I can do this with In Touch, I cannot do this with Integrator 3, despite both having been purchased at same time.
Any reason why this is?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
Just saw your message - yes, the reason for this is the code can only be applied once per order, so the code was applied to the In Touch module but not I3... I suppose you could order one for In Touch and then place another order for the I3 module... not ideal I know, but that is the way the code was configured.
