Support for J!WHMCS Integrator version 2.5 is being provided exclusively through our support forum at this time while it is still in beta. This is done for a number of reasons including:
  1. Minimizing direct support requests for a beta released product which takes support time away for production grade services for other customers
  2. Encourage the use of the forums for all non-emergency support requests.
  3. Provide a simple, singular place where issues that are encountered can be logged and not replicated endlessly.

At no time should your production environment be at jeopardy, as you SHOULD NOT install a beta product into the life blood of your business.

Again, J!WHMCS Integrator 2.5 is currently a beta product and should only be used on a non-production environment for testing purposes. Development licenses are available for our owned license customers, please submit a request through our support system asking for a development license.

All support requests directed through our ticket system for J!WHMCS Integrator 2.5 will go unresolved and you will be directed back to the forum for assistance.
