However if I enter the sites WHMCS pages it gets only displayed in their original form without the wrap??

Do you have any sef / seo software enabled on the Joomla site? If so, try disabling just the com_jwhmcs component in their settings to see if it starts rendering.

Also, turn debug on in both WHMCS > Addons > JWHMCS > Settings and in Joomla > Components > JWHMCS > Options. Then navigate to your web site URL with ?m=jwhmcs as a page option so like this:
http://yourdomain.com/whmcs/?m=jwhmcs

Then click on the Rendering tab and see if it gives you any information there. The response code should be 200 but it may be 301, 302, 303, 500 or even 0 if there is an error connecting to the API.

Hi Steve,

No SEO or SEF modules installed. Checked the rendering and found no errors. (See attachement)
Any more ideas?? :-)

thanks Mischa

Try this:
  1. WHMCS > Addons > JWHMCS > Settings > Advanced
  2. Set the option Force Post to Get to Enabled
  3. Also set Parse Line by Line to Enabled

What does menu item ID # 301 translate to? Is that a JWHCMS Link Type or is that another page entirely?

hi,

I have the settings in place but it does not make any difference.
I believe the 301 is pointing to the mainpage? If so it is a joomla only generated page and is being displayed fine. Al the other pages are whmcs links which are not rendered within the template.

please advise

thanks

Just wanted to follow up on this post for others that may benefit.

Mischa1 had multi-language enabled in Joomla, but did not have it also enabled in the J!WHMCS Integrator settings under the Language Settings. Once that was enabled, the system was able to retrieve the site as expected.

Also be sure if you are upgrading a version of J!WHMCS earlier than 2.5, that you follow the upgrade procedure found at support.gohigheris.com/docs/display/J25/...rsion+2.4+or+earlier
