Go Higher Updates - January 2016

Charting a course 2016

Happy New Year from Go Higher!  I wish 2016 to be a successful, profitable and abundantly blessed year for you and your customers!

I wanted to take a moment and update everyone about some changes taking place at Go Higher.

New Server

As most of you know, our server suffered a catastrophic problem last week and our site and sites hosted on our server were down for 36 hours.  As a result, we moved to a new server on an entirely new service utilizing our backups from the morning of the failure.  Those backups were nearly 100% complete with minimal loss of transaction and purchase data, with the missing data having since been filled in and products updated to reflect payments received during the downtime.  Most services have been restored completely.

One service that unfortunately will not be restored is our documentation that was located at  The documentation that was located there was built using Confluence from Atlassian.  While Confluence is an excellent application and powerful for providing excellent documentation, unfortunately due to the complexity of setting up, configuring and maintaining the application, we have decided to discontinue using it.  This means the documentation that was located there is no longer available including Integrator 3, In Touch and WHMCS Themer.  We are migrating the documentation over to our new location at which utilizes Git to do version control for the document files and a custom Git reader to pull those files and write them into Joomla.  The Integrator 3 documentation is nearly complete as we have already begun moving documentation over.  We are also taking this opportunity to greatly update the documentation, as the I3 docs for instance were last updated three years ago (and a lot has changed!).

Discontinued Products

Another announcement to make is that effective immediately we are discontinuing both WHMCS Themer and our J!Blesta integration products.  While both products served a unique niche in the WHMCS and Blesta communities, we have found that both products have taken us away from our passion of integrating WHMCS across platforms in a variety of ways.  Our remaining products will continue to be offered, updated and supported.

If you have purchased either WHMCS Themer or J!Blesta within the past 30 days and have not installed the product who wish to receive a refund, please open a support ticket and indicate that you wish to receive a refund for your recent purchase.  Customers who have used the product and recently renewed their support and upgrade pack unfortunately can not be refunded.

If you have an active Support and Upgrade Pack on your license, it should be set already to not renew at the end of the support and upgrade pack period so you should not be billed for it again going forward.  We will do our best to support these products for the duration of your support and upgrade pack, but please keep in mind these products are not actively being developed any longer so as new versions of WHMCS and Blesta are released, they may not function as expected.
