One of the key components of our site, our support services, has for a long time been rather disconnected and difficult to work with. Part of the changes we have put in place deals with how our support services are oriented and accessed.
You probably have noticed that we have removed our Forums link from the main navigation bar and instead replaced it with the Support link. This link takes you over to the new Support Center, where you can find all the support services under one link.
We invite you to first do a search on the support center, as most of the questions asked through ticketing have been already addressed either in our documentation or in our forum. The search feature will do a search of our forum as well as documentation and any news releases we have put out. Our forum is also accessible here, along with news and a link over to our client portal to manage your account.
Other options on that page appear beneath the Software Support header including documentation, downloads and opening a ticket.
Big changes are coming for our support services, and we encourage everyone to utilize our forums as the first line of support.
