Does Belong support multiple instances of Joomla! ?
Belong is designed to work between one instance of WHMCS and one instance of Joomla! v1.6 or above. While it is possible to synchronize users between multiple instances of Joomla! we do not support this with Belong at the moment.
Will Belong create new users if they don't already exist in my Joomla! site?
No, Belong is not designed to handle user updates, creations or deletions. It is strictly designed to update a user's permissions based upon a set of custom rules that you create and set in place.
How does Belong match my users up?
Belong relies upon the uniqueness of a user email address. If a user in WHMCS and a user in Joomla! are found to have the same email address, then they are assumed to be one in the same. It would be highly unlikely (impossible really) that two users would share the same email address, but be two completely different individuals.
Why should I renew my Support and Upgrade Pack?

Yes, some sites don't charge for their support or provide free downloads, but we believe that when you are as serious about running your business as we are, you want to ensure you get what you pay for. An extension or product that isn't supported is not useful if it isn't working for you.
